How to watch streams in full screen
All streams on desktop are restricted to a window (not full screen), although there is a full screen work-around.
OPTION 1) Use the zoom function in your browser
Most browsers have zoom functionality, allowing you to increase the size of all content on your screen. On Windows hold down [CTRL] & [+] and continue pressing the [+] key to zoom (the [COMMAND] & [+] on Mac OS X). The [-] button zooms back out.
OPTION 2) Lower your screen resolution/ zoom (Mac OS X only)
By (temporarily) reducing your computer screen’s resolution (less pixels over same screen area), content on your screen arrears larger.
Lower resolution – Windows
1/ Right click on your desktop and select ‘Screen Resolution’
2/ In the ‘Resolution’ drop down, click on a lower resolution (towards the bottom). Note, you may have to try new settings to find a resolution that is appropriate.
Zoom – Mac OS X
Mac OS X includes a handy local zoom feature, which allows you to zoom in on an area of your screen – resulting in full screen streaming!
1/ Click on the Apple icon in the finder top menu
2/ Click ‘System Preferences’/ ‘Accessibility’
3/ Select all of the below options
4/ Click ‘More Options’ and select the following
5/ When streaming video within your browser, simply press [CONTROL] & scroll up/ down using your mouse or trackpad (if you have two finger scrolling enabled). You can now locally zoom in on the streaming window!
